IB Rewards Promotion Terms and Conditions
These terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations governing the "Aurum Markets IB Rewards Promotion" offered by Aurum Markets. By participating in this Promotion, Introducing Brokers ("IBs") agree to abide by these Terms in their entirety.
1. Promotion Period
- The promotion will run from December 15, 2024 until further notice.
2. Eligibility
- This promotion is open to all registered IBs of Aurum Markets.
- Participating IBs must have completed identity verification and have an active IB account with Aurum Markets.
3. How It Works
- IBs can earn rewards based on the net deposits and trading volume generated by their referred clients during the promotion period. Rewards will be distributed based on the tier level achieved.
4. Net Deposit and Volume Requirements

- *Note: Net deposits are calculated as total deposits minus withdrawals.
5. Reward Details
- Qualified IB will be eligible for rewards as per their Tier Level.
- Rewards will be credited to IB wallet by 15th of every month for the activity of previous calendar month.
6. Additional Terms and Conditions
- Volume Calculation: Only qualified trades (open for more than 2 minutes) will be considered for volume calculations.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawals of net deposits during the promotion period will disqualify the IB from that specific tier.
- Compliance: IBs must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing forex trading.
- Prohibited Activities: Hedging, arbitrage, or any unethical trading activity will result in disqualification.
- Multiple Tier Eligibility: IBs can only qualify for the highest tier they achieve during the promotion period.
7. Notification and Redemption
- Aurum Markets will notify qualifying IBs within 7 business days after the month ends. Rewards will be credited following verification of compliance with promotion terms.
8. General Terms — Prohibited Activities
- Hedging trading positions internally or externally to avoid market risk is strictly prohibited.
- Scalping is not allowed on accounts active for IB Reward Promotion.
- Any form of arbitrage, abuse, fraud, manipulation, cash back arbitrage, or deceitful or fraudulent activity will result in the nullification of the promotion.
- Prohibited trading techniques, such as "arbitrage trading," "picking/sniping, churning" the use of certain automated trading systems or "Expert Advisors," and abusive trading strategies aimed at riskless profit, are strictly forbidden.
- Expert Advisors (EA's) are not allowed on accounts active for IB Reward Promotion.
Consequences of Prohibited Activities
If the Company determines that a client has engaged in prohibited activities, it may take one or more of the following actions at its sole discretion, without prior notice:
- Close the Client's account.
- Suspend the Client's account indefinitely.
- Conduct an investigation on the Client's account for an indefinite period.
- Impose a penalty fee on the Client equal to or greater than the amount of money gained from using prohibited techniques.
- Close the account, confiscate profits resulting from prohibited trading techniques, and return the original deposit(s) to the account holder.
- Verify the eligibility of Participants at any stage of the Promotion.
Additional Terms
- The IB Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other Promotional offer.
- Aurum Markets shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, or cancellation of the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its control.
9. Disqualification and Decisions
- Aurum Markets reserves the right to disqualify any user suspected of misusing or abusing the fair rules of the Promotion.
- If the Promotion is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated.
10. Modification or Cancellation
- Aurum Markets reserves the right to change, update, or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
- Any modifications or cancellations will be at the sole discretion of Aurum Markets, and Participants will not be entitled to any compensation or claim in such cases.
11. Use of Information
- By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that the information provided during the registration process may be used by Aurum Markets for marketing purposes.
- By participating in the IB Reward Promotion, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
