Cash Back Reward Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all (New & Old) clients of Aurum Markets who meet the following criteria:

• The client has completed the necessary identity verification and account validation procedures.
• The client has an Ultra Trading Account with Aurum Markets.
• Direct Signed up Clients (who are not under any IB) need to use promocode ACB2502ULTRA** to join the Cash Back Reward.
• Existing Clients who are already signed up under any IB link or IB campaign needs to send an email at support@cabanacapitals.com requesting to join Campaign ACB2502ULTRA**.
• The client is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing forex trading.

2. Qualification Requirement

• To be eligible for the Cash Back Reward, Participants must make a minimum deposit of $100 in their Ultra Trading Account during the Promotion Period. (Deposits by USDT – Crypto will result Higher Cashback Reward)
• Transfers of funds between accounts are not considered as deposits for the promotion.
• New Clients with deposits and volume generated without acceptance of Cash Back T&Cs shall not be taken into consideration.
• Cash Back shall be calculated according to cash back levels given in the table below, according to the volume traded by the client in his Ultra Trading Account during the promotion period.
• Participants must also achieve a minimum trading volume of qualified standard lots as per the qualification level (any trade which is open for less than 2 minutes will not be considered as a qualified lot).
• This offer is only valid on Ultra Trading Account.

3. Promotion Period

• The Promotion Period is defined as the period starting from 9th December 2024 until further notice of termination. All eligible deposits and trading activity must occur within this specified timeframe.

4. Cash Back Reward Details

• This Cash Back promotion is applicable to all CFDs, Forex, and precious metals only.
• Cash Back promotion is active on both MT4 & MT5 Trading Platforms.
• Participants who meet the trading volume requirements as per the Levels mentioned above in the table will qualify for the Cash Back Reward Promotion.
• Levels will be determined as per the volume traded by the client in Ultra Trading Account at the end of every calendar month during the promotion period.
• Cash back will be awarded only on the trades closed during the Calendar month. Any open position will only be considered for cashback when it was closed.
• Hedge Position closed using "Close By" option will be considered as half of the volume of hedge positions.
• Cash Back Reward will be credited to the qualified clients as per their qualification level achieved on 10th of the following month.
• Each client can earn a Cashback Reward as per their trading activity.

5. Notification and Redemption

• Participants who meet the trading volume requirements will be notified by Aurum Markets within 7 business days after the end of the calendar month.
• To redeem the Cash Back Reward Promotion, Participants must follow the instructions, Terms & Conditions provided in this document.

6. General Terms — Prohibited Activities

• Hedging trading positions internally or externally to avoid market risk is strictly prohibited.
• Scalping is not allowed on accounts active for Cashback Reward Promotion.
• Any form of arbitrage, abuse, fraud, manipulation, cash back arbitrage, or deceitful or fraudulent activity will result in the nullification of the promotion.
• Prohibited trading techniques, such as "arbitrage trading," "picking/sniping," the use of certain automated trading systems or "Expert Advisors," and abusive trading strategies aimed at riskless profit, are strictly forbidden.

Consequences of Prohibited Activities

If the Company determines that a client has engaged in any of the above prohibited activities, it may take one or more of the following actions at its sole discretion, without prior notice:

• Close the Client's account.
• Suspend the Client's account indefinitely.
• Conduct an investigation on the Client's account for an indefinite period.
• Impose a penalty fee on the Client equal to or greater than the amount of money gained from using prohibited techniques.
• Close the account, confiscate profits resulting from prohibited trading techniques, and return the original deposit(s) to the account holder.
• Verify the eligibility of Participants at any stage of the Promotion.

Additional Terms

• The Cash Back Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other Promotional offer.
• Aurum Markets shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, or cancellation of the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its control.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive decision of Aurum Markets.

8. Withdrawal

• If you withdraw any of your own funds after activating the Promotion, the Promotion will be cancelled. However, you are allowed to withdraw profits from your trading activities at any time.
• To withdraw profits, your withdrawable balance must always be greater than your deposited balance according to the formula: Balance ± Floating - Margin Required = Withdrawable Balance.

9. Disqualification and Decisions

• Aurum Markets reserves the right to disqualify any user suspected of misusing or abusing the fair rules of the Promotion.
• If the Promotion is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated.

10. Modification or Cancellation

• Aurum Markets reserves the right to change, update, or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
• Any modifications or cancellations will be at the sole discretion of Aurum Markets, and Participants will not be entitled to any compensation or claim in such cases.

11. Use of Information

• By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that the information provided during the registration process may be used by Aurum Markets for marketing purposes.
• By participating in the Cash Back Reward Promotion, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
